Notes
For family or group lodging: Aspen connects to Snowcreek Birch apartment to sleep 14, if needed. Dogwood connects to Cedar to sleep up to 7 guests. If you are looking to rent the entire Snowcreek Suites, please reach out and we will assist you! The Dogwood Suite offers 1 free parking spot on the backside of the building. There is also free overnight street parking during spring, summer and fall. In the winter months, November 15- March 15, there is paid metered overnight street parking. You can check out the city of Leavenworth's website for more parking details. If you plan to bring your furry friend, we welcome them with open arms and have a maximum of two dogs allowed per stay with a fee of $25 per pup per night. No cats are allowed. To avoid any confusion, please include your dog in the reservation. We do charge the fee after the booking is confirmed. Note: The pet fee is not included in your booking. To cover the cost, It will be added separately when you confirm your reservation as an alteration request. Kindly accept it when you can. We strive to accommodate all our guests' needs, so please feel free to let us know if you have any special requests or requirements. Great location towards the edge of the town center. Quiet but super walkable to everything and made a great base for our Enchantments hike and then recovery day! Small issue at check-in where we had the wrong door code, but it was quickly remedied with a message to the host. Very spacious and kitchenette was great for us

Our unit (Dogwood) was clean and comfortable. The location could hardly be better. Easy walk to everything downtown. Our last night we had neighbors upstairs who were a bit noisy, but thankfully they quieted down. Hosts were communicative and attentive. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. We did have a misunderstanding regarding our reservation, which I think was a mutual thing. It was resolved and we had a lovely trip.

We had a quick stay at Dogwood to do the Enchantments thru hike. The location is very convenient and central to town so restaurants were walkable (which is nice given the lack of free parking in Leavenworth). The unit was as described, and had the essentials. NWpads has a team of cohosts so they are very responsive and communicative. We made two revisions to our reservation - once to change the date, and once to add a 4th guest. Both times, NWpads declined our request in order to send it on their end for us to approve. For the date change, the request they sent did not reflect the decrease in price of the new non-weekend dates. But once I pointed it out, they revised it. The second guest change had an additional guest fee which Airbnb didn't auto include on my request so it makes sense why NWpads opted to send it from their side. We paid the guest fee via Airbnb support. If you don't anticipate any revisions, then no worries. If you do, just be aware of any price differences.

Property was as listed - simple and clean in an excellent location. "Downtown" Leavenworth is within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!
