Large kitchen for any type of cooking desired. upstairs there are three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king sized bed. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Bedroom three has two queen sized beds. There is also a queen sized convertible couch for 2 more guests. A washer and dryer for your use located on the main floor. There is a community back patio area with barbeque, patio furniture, and hot tub for all of the Snowcreek units.

Notes
For family or group lodging: Aspen connects to Snowcreek Birch apartment to sleep 14, if needed. Dogwood connects to Cedar to sleep up to 7 guests. If you are looking to rent the entire Snowcreek Suites, please reach out and we will assist you! The Birch Townhouse offers 2 included parking spots. One is right in front of the garage, and the other is in the garage. There is also free overnight street parking during spring, summer and fall. In the winter months, November 15- March 15, there is paid metered overnight street parking. You can check out the city of Leavenworth's website for more parking details. If you plan to bring your furry friend, we welcome them with open arms and have a maximum of two dogs allowed per stay with a fee of $25 per pup per night. No cats are allowed. To avoid any confusion, please include your dog in the reservation. We do charge the fee after the booking is confirmed. We strive to accommodate all our guests' needs, so please feel free to let us know if you have any special requests or requirements. Family of 6 (all adults) that stayed 3 nights. PRO'S 1. Location; super close walking distance to downtown shopping and dinning. 2. The bedrooms (3)accommodated everyone nicely. The Primary bedroom was huge! The beds were comfortable. *weirdly huge! 3. The hot tube was great! towels too! 4. Parking in the garage and next to the place was really nice. 5. Communication with the host was great, they were very responsive. CON'S 1. Paper thin walls. We could hear the neighbors and they could hear us! They did not like us playing board games until 10 pm. Outside noise was loud inside. 2. We cooked two dinners The kitchen was so, so, so, disorganized that you could not find anything! Finally found the second cutting board our last night. 3. Bad frying pans! stained 4. Not enough dish towels (or at least I only found two). 5. The downstairs couch was very uncomfortable with torn back cushions. Not enough seating. 6. The upstairs living area needed more places to sit for 6 people!

This was the perfect place for a Christmas time visit to Leavenworth. Parking is tough in Leavenworth, and the hosts let us park in the garage several hours before check-in. The garage was also great when it snowed - no need to scrape car windows. We very much appreciated the Christmas tree and electric fireplace in the living room. We baked bread and cooked a dinner while we were there, and all the bowls, baking trays, etc. that we needed were there. The Christmas market is the perfect distance from the house - two blocks, just far enough away so that we had no street noise (you can hear people from the neighboring unit, but our fellow guests were quiet and respected quiet hours). Check out the river trail that starts at 13th and Division just a block from the house and goes across Blackbird Island past the castle-like Posthotel to the sledding hill at Enchantment Park and ends at the rollercoaster.
