Nice little spot with low traffic and private feel. Didn’t see or hear the neighbors really while there, and responsive hosts helped out when we needed. Great grill on the back patio and awesome river view. Fast WiFi too. Got 160MB download and 8MB upload.

What an amazing, peaceful and beautiful cabin minutes from some of the best hikes in the region. I particularly appreciated how sparkling clean the cabin was and the excellent range of kitchenware. It made cooking a snap. The deck is lovely with great river views and a hot tub that was ideal after a long day of hiking. The bedrooms are comfy and quiet. Many thanks to the hosts who were great about providing info and checking in with me. I'm definitely coming back!

We had such an amazing and peaceful stay here. The home was absolutely beautiful and felt very cozy. You can’t beat the sounds and view of the river wether your in the house or in the hot tub on the deck. I could not believe how comfortable the bed in the master bedroom was! The only thing I would have to say is I wasn’t expecting the area down by the river to be as over grown as it was, making it a little difficult to actually hang out down by the river but it was really nice to hang out in the actual river on a hot day! The hot water and pressure was not the best but we made due. All in all we very much enjoyed our time here and the stargazing by the fire at night was unbeatable!

Our stay was outstanding! The cabin is exactly as the pictures show. The river sounds are so peaceful and calming. The hot tub is clean and helped get the aches and pains from our hike to Wallace Falls soothed! Everything was clean and the cabin smelled amazing ing when we walked in. Check in was simple with clear instructions. We did have a tiny glitch with the hot water but their help was immediate and they solved the problem. Everyone we interacted with was kind and caring and Owen was a great communicator! Would absolutely stay here again if my travel takes me to Washington. Thank you all for an absolutely outstanding stay!

We spent 3 nights at the cabin as a family of 3 w/ 2 pups for our son's 5th birthday. The place was as beautiful and private as the pictures reflected. Even with a mostly rainy stay, we got greatly hiking in, enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the hot tub was great! If bringing pets know the back patio is not 100% enclosed. From the pics we assumed it was and partly chose the cabin for this reason. There is just a small section from one of the side gates to next to the hot tub that is not fenced off that dogs can easily go through some bushes into the neighboring yard; it would have been so nice to let our dogs hang out outside with us freely while we enjoyed the hot tub. It'd be awesome if the hosts added this last bit of fencing. The lights flicker any time the kitchen or bathroom faucets are used- it's slightly annoying but not a big deal & the baseboard heating didn't work while we were there, but wood stove was great and overall we'd still recommend this cabin. Hosts very responsive.

Stilly River Haus was a charming cabin in the woods. Quirky woodland decor and communicative hosts. It’s in the national forest and on a river. The back area is private, serene and the perfect place to reflect with your morning cup of coffee. The sounds of the river and birds in the forest will not soon be forgot.
